1. Services: Provider agrees to deliver software development services as outlined in Exhibit A, including design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
2. Payment: Client shall pay Provider $150,000 in three installments: 40% upon signing, 30% at milestone completion, and 30% upon final delivery.

3. Liability: Provider's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client. Provider is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
